4 Seasons Advanced Program

This is how to protect a young pitcher’s arm from injury.

The fall “post-season” program teaches skilled pitchers ages 10+ – how to improve arm strength, body strength, balance and mobility.  Year-round pitching can put a severe strain on young arms, that is why training needs to happen in cycles. These sessions will focus on how to properly develop muscles that will enhance a player’s ability to throw with more velocity and minimize arm strain and injuries that are so prevalent today.  Even major league pitchers don’t just pitch year round.  All that stress adds up as constant wear and tear on the arm and shoulder weakening the supportive structures rather than building strength.  4 Seasons pitching is a program designed to be appropriate for the time of year in order to recover, build and prepare for the next season – just like the big leaguers!

Dates:

9/16/23 – 10/24/23
